My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but severely outdated and in need of renovation. The service was exceptional, despite ongoing renovations causing some issues. The location was convenient for ski resorts and restaurants, yet lacked nearby food options. The dining experience was satisfactory but overpriced. Overall, the hotel has potential with some improvements.
The hotel was not what we expected, with rooms that had an odor that lingered and a mix-up with our booking for a room without a balcony. The dining experience was disappointing with overly sweet soup and cold tacos at a high price. However, the service was exceptional with one staff member going out of the way to provide a piece of mango-raspberry cheesecake, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory despite the lack of some basic amenities like a coffee pot.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature, and conveniently close to the town center. The rooms, however, were not as clean as expected, with water stains and bugs, and housekeeping was inconsistent. The service was fantastic, with the staff working hard to make our stay enjoyable. The dining options were good but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
